Parenting Conference • Memphis, TN

make the most of the days you have left

A conference to help you raise kids who are loved, safe, happy and ready for anything.

Parenting is a race. There are days it feels like a marathon, but take it from countless moms and dads who have come before you, it's a sprint. It will be over before you know it, so every day counts. If that wasn’t enough, there are hurdles. Not one or two, but dozens. Emotional, physical, social, intellectual and spiritual hurdles that you and your kids will face, and often without warning.

Will you be ready? More importantly, will they be ready?

The 3-Step Plan

Show Up
The Parent
Your Child

Five reasons to attend the
#7000days Parenting Conference on April 20-21, 2018

Every parent faces hurdles in the 7000day journey of parenting. If you are going to clear those hurdles, you’re going to need the right skills.

1. Improve your emotional intelligence.

Parents play a key role in the healthy emotional development of children. Today, unprecedented numbers of kids are growing up facing hurdles of anxiety, loneliness, fear, doubt, depression and a host of other insecurities. Help your child discover stability and strength as you become the level-headed parent you want to be.

2. Navigate the differences in boys and girls.

Boys and girls are remarkably and wonderfully different. And they require a different approach in parenting. This conference will give you the insights needed to appreciate these differences and raise sons and daughters to embrace and reflect the image of God. Along the way you will learn the important role you play as a mom or dad to display God’s love to each of your children.

3. Enjoy YOUR Unique Family.

What is a normal family? Your family is unique with unique challenges and blessings. We will dive into the hurdles of single parenting, adoption, step-parenting, special needs, and illness. No matter how complicated your family is, you will discover what it takes to overcome the odds and enjoy your family by embracing your uniqueness. God has a wonderful plan for EVERY family.

4. Leverage the power of your marriage.

Marriages are often overlooked in the journey of parenting. The hurdles of children, busy schedules and responsibilities leave little space for the marriage. The good news is, your marriage can not only survive parenting but it can thrive. Romance and parenting are not mutually exclusive. You will walk away with the tools to prioritize your marriage. When your marriage wins, so do your kids.

5. Respond well when the going gets tough

Parenting is not for wimps. When the going gets tough, parents get tougher. You will be inspired and empowered to courageously face the hurdles of the toddler years, strong-willed children, teen years, sexual identity, drugs and alcohol, abuse, and divorce. You will be given practical wisdom to effectively discipline and raise kids who make a difference.
